The walkthrough is where cleaning contracts are won or lost. Under-quoting from an incomplete survey leads to loss-making contracts. Over-quoting loses the bid. Missing a special requirement (server room that needs anti-static cleaning, laboratory that needs specific disinfectants) leads to client dissatisfaction.
