This checklist gives cleaning operatives and supervisors a complete task list for each area of a commercial premises: office spaces, restrooms, kitchens and break rooms, hard floors, carpets, glass surfaces, waste removal, and a final walkthrough inspection before the crew departs.
Have the operative mark each task as Done or Not Done (or N/A where the area does not exist), then have a supervisor sign off the form before leaving. Retained forms provide documentation for client billing, complaints handling, and quality audits.
