A pre-use inspection checklist for scaffolding on construction sites, aligned with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L. Covers foundations, frames and bracing, platform planking, guardrails and toeboards, access points, ties to the structure, and load capacity signage. Must be completed by a competent person before each shift.
