A twice-daily temperature monitoring log for dairy farm bulk milk tanks per PMO (Pasteurized Milk Ordinance) Grade A requirements. Records milk temperature in °F at the end of each milking, time to reach 45°F, and tanker pickup readings. Monitors that milk is cooled within 2 hours to maintain Grade A status.
PMO requires milk to be cooled to 45°F or below within 2 hours of milking, and maintained at 40°F or below for storage. This log proves to your hauler, co-op, and state inspector that cooling targets were met.
