FDA FSMA Produce Safety Rule compliance checklist covering all key subparts for covered produce farms.
The FDA FSMA Produce Safety Rule (21 CFR Part 112) establishes science-based standards for growing, harvesting, packing, and holding covered produce. This checklist covers all seven subparts: agricultural water, biological soil amendments of animal origin, worker training and health/hygiene, domesticated and wild animals, equipment/tools/buildings, growing/harvesting/packing, and sprouts.
Use this checklist for internal FSMA readiness. Regular self-assessments identify gaps before FDA inspections and demonstrate proactive compliance to buyers and third-party auditors.
