A pesticide use log for US farms per EPA Worker Protection Standard (WPS) and state pesticide regulations. Records date, product, EPA registration number, rate, field/crop, area, weather, restricted entry interval (REI), pre-harvest interval (PHI), equipment, and applicator certification number.
Federal and state law requires pesticide application records to be maintained for at least 2 years. This log provides the documentation that state pesticide inspectors and USDA auditors review.
