This daily verification checklist confirms that your HACCP system is functioning correctly. Rather than recording actual CCP measurements — which belong on dedicated temperature and monitoring logs — this form helps the HACCP team leader verify that all monitoring is happening, records are being kept, and the system is working as designed.
Complete once per shift. Review alongside your CCP logs to confirm no gaps in monitoring coverage. File as part of your HACCP plan verification records.
