This daily verification checklist confirms that your HACCP-based food safety programme is functioning correctly in line with the FSANZ Food Standards Code. Rather than recording actual CCP measurements — which belong on dedicated temperature and monitoring logs — this form helps the HACCP team leader verify that all monitoring is happening and records are being kept.
Complete once per shift. Review alongside your CCP logs to confirm no gaps in monitoring coverage. Retain as part of your food safety programme documentation for your state or territory health authority.
