A per-room minibar service checklist for hotel housekeeping or minibar attendants restocking and auditing guest room minibars. Covers consumption identification and PMS charge posting, replacement item stocking, product expiry date verification, presentation and display standard, equipment function (fridge temperature, lighting), and the billing accuracy that prevents guest disputes at checkout.

Minibar revenue depends on two things: accurate billing and attractive presentation. An attendant who misses a consumption creates a loss. One who charges the wrong item creates a checkout dispute. And a minibar with warm drinks, expired snacks, or a messy presentation generates zero revenue because guests don't use it.
