Daily temperature monitoring is a key part of your food safety management system and helps demonstrate compliance with FSA food hygiene regulations. This log provides a structured format for recording fridge, freezer, and hot holding temperatures at regular intervals throughout service.
Use one sheet per day and record readings at opening, midday, and closing. Keep completed logs as part of your Safer Food, Better Business pack or equivalent food safety records for at least 12 months.
