A fire risk assessment form for the responsible person (employer, building owner, or duty holder) to evaluate fire safety across their premises as required by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Covers identification of fire hazards and ignition sources, people at risk, means of escape, fire detection and warning systems, firefighting equipment, and emergency planning.
The Fire Safety Order requires a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment for virtually all non-domestic premises in England and Wales. The assessment must be reviewed regularly and whenever significant changes occur. This checklist follows the PAS 79 methodology used by fire risk assessors and supports compliance with enforcement authority expectations.
