Complete BEFORE hot work begins. Clear all combustibles within 10 metres. Assign a fire watch during AND for at least 60 minutes after work ends. Permit is valid for one shift only.

Covers the pre-work fire hazard survey, combustible material clearance, fire suppression equipment placement, fire watch assignment, and the critical post-work monitoring period.
