This checklist guides the driver and receiver through a structured handover: delivery note match, item count, condition inspection, temperature check (for cold chain), receiver identification, and exception recording.
Completed POD checklists protect both the carrier and receiver by creating a signed record of exactly what was delivered and in what condition.
