A pre-opening inspection checklist for ride operators to complete after the maintenance daily inspection is passed and before the ride opens to guests. Focuses on the operator's station, queue line, guest loading and unloading zones, safety signage, height measurement station, and final dispatch system test.
While the maintenance team checks the mechanical and structural systems, the operations team ensures the guest-facing environment is safe, clean, and compliant. Missing a height stick, a broken queue rail, or a non-functional PA system creates guest safety risks and operational problems.
