Verify that all CCP monitoring, sanitation, and traceability systems are in place and functioning this shift. This is a system check, not a data recording form.
This daily verification checklist confirms that your HACCP system is functioning correctly under FDA HACCP and FSMA preventive controls requirements. Rather than recording actual CCP measurements — which belong on dedicated temperature and monitoring logs — this form helps the PCQI or HACCP team leader verify that all monitoring is happening and records are being kept.
Complete once per shift. Review alongside your CCP logs to confirm no gaps in monitoring coverage. Retain as part of your HARPC or HACCP plan verification records.
