This checklist provides a zone-by-zone inspection of PPE compliance across the manufacturing floor in line with the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992 and HSE guidance.
Regular PPE audits identify gaps between policy and practice before an incident occurs. Completed forms document compliance for HSE inspections and demonstrate that the employer has met their duty under HASAWA 1974 to provide and enforce appropriate protection.
