The restroom cleaning log is the small sheet posted on the inside of the restroom door that customers see — and judge you by. It shows when the restroom was last cleaned, who cleaned it, and that you take hygiene seriously. More importantly, it creates accountability and a verifiable record for health inspections.
Print a fresh sheet each week. Staff initial the correct time slot after each clean. Managers should spot-check that logged times match actual cleanliness. Keep completed logs on file for at least 3 months.
