A task-specific risk assessment form for supervisors and WHS officers evaluating hazardous manual tasks under the WHS Code of Practice: Hazardous Manual Tasks. Assesses the risk factors that contribute to musculoskeletal disorders — postures, forces, repetition and duration, vibration, and the characteristics of the load and work environment.
